A one-piece acrylic shower base pan, 36 x 36 in, sized to the footprint of a standard alcove tub, which is why most tub-to-shower conversions keep their existing drain. Three edges turn up into an integral water-retaining flange that sits behind the wall board, and the floor is molded with a continuous fall to a single left- or right-hand drain. No seam across the floor, no standing water, no caulk line to redo every few years.
One shell, no seam across the floor
Because the pan is molded as a single closed piece, there is no joint where water can work its way under the floor. The recessed floor, the inner splash lip and the front apron come out of the same mould, which removes the seam that fails first on a built-up receptor. What is left is one joint line at the wall, and that one sits behind the finish.

Slope and drain
The floor is molded with a continuous fall toward one drain, so water leaves instead of pooling in the corners. Because the slope is built into the mould and not added on site, it is identical unit to unit, which matters when one installer sets twelve of them in a multifamily building. The outlet is available on the left or the right, to match the plumbing already in the floor.
Material and finish
The surface of this shower base pan is acrylic over a fiberglass-reinforced shell: non-porous, colour-fast through the thickness, and glossy enough that it needs no polishing schedule.

Fit and installation
At 60 x 32 x 4 in, the shower base pan fits a standard three-wall alcove and clears a 60 in rough opening. Set it level on a sound subfloor, bed it as the installation guide shows, and the molded slope does the rest.

1. Is this shower base pan cUPC listed?
Yes. The listing is issued to CSA B45.5 / IAPMO Z124, the standard the Uniform Plumbing Code cites for plastic shower receptors. Certificate and listing number go out with the quote.

2. Does the certificate cover the 60 x 32 model specifically?
Yes, this model is on the certificate, and the scope page lists every size it covers. Check the model column before a submittal goes out, because inspectors do.
3. Do I need a listing to pass inspection?
In most US jurisdictions, yes. An unlisted receptor is where plan review stalls, and datasheet language does not substitute for a published listing.

6. Will the shower base pan fit the opening my tub came out of?
It matches the standard 36 x 36 in alcove footprint. Measure between finished walls rather than the old tub, because tile thickness varies from job to job.
7. Do the flanges sit behind the cement board?
Yes. Wall board and tile overlap the flange and the base never butts against the finish. That overlap is the waterproofing detail.

8. Left or right drain. How do I choose?
Match the side the pipe already runs to. Keeping the existing run avoids opening the floor during a renovation.
9. What comes in the box?
The shower base pan ships on its own. The drain assembly is sold separately, so order it with the base rather than discovering the gap on site.
10. Will the shower base pan flex or squeak under load?
Rated to a tested load with a fiberglass-reinforced underside. Flex comes from a base that was not bedded properly, so full contact with the bed is the step that prevents it.
